The Bible says in 1 Timothy 3:12 "Let no man despise thy youth, but be thou an example of the believer..." This is why we have an aggressive and active youth ministry at Calvary Baptist Church for those in the seventh through twelfth grades. We desire to train young people to listen to God's Word, and give opportunities to live God's Word as well.
The purpose of the Youth ministry is to build the home by strengthening family relationships, build the mind through studying the Bible, build the body by energetic activities, build the spirit by serving the Saviour, and build friendships by spending time together.
Our youth enjoy life building Bible studies, foriegn missions trips, exciting teen retreats, nationwide youth congresses, paintball, snow tubing, basketball tournaments, camping trips, ministry opportunities, and much much more.
Whatever challenges teens are faceing, there is an opportunity for them at Calvary Baptist Church
